Spark Place

Good day! Seeking your kind assistance regarding parking concern here at sparks place. I have a 400cc displacement bike and it's kind of big compare to small displacement bike. I talked to someone here at sparks if I could park my motorcycle at car park because, as most of the big malls like SM malls, Ayala malls and such allow their clients park in the car park if the motorcycle is 400cc and up. They allow me to park here at the sparks place to park at the car park. Last Tuesday 03/07/2023 my bike was not in the place that I parked it and this is the second time my bike were moved without my consent. I am paying the same amount of a car owner to ensure the safety of my asset. Now I need clarification as to why and how they could just move it without my permission? I thought its a first come first serve basis but how come they moved my bike just because a car will park at parking space which I came fisrt? The car lifter told me that they are just considering me to park at car park but its really against there policy this happens for almost a few months and when I reacted because my bike got moved without my approval they then decided to apply the same rules for the small displacement to my bike and now currently I am parked with them Its hard for me to park with them due to the size of my bike and the weight of it also in terms of maneuvering and the parking at motorcycle parking its not organized at all some parked straight some parked against or not appropriate or should I say they are just making their own parking style for their own convenience. Sparks place parking guards and car lifter are unprofessional they're giving me this attitude as if they own the place they don't even show me empathy they are also biased and arrogant and not trained enough to handle a scenario like this .

Getting here is easy when you are publicly commuting from antipolo or rodriguez rizal. It is kinda difficulty for me as I need to walk for 10 minutes from Farmers. Nevertheless, I like the place, your basic needs are only few walks away. If you are communiting from Quiapo, Manila, take LRT Line 2 and alight in Cubao Gateway. Then, walk for apriximately 10 minutes to 10th avenue. The building is across SM Cubao and Alimall.
